International relations

CONSAWU will strive towards achieving international solidarity amongst trade unions with similar character, principles and objectives. To this end, it will seek affiliation to:

  1. The Democratic Organisation of African Workers’ Trade Unions (DOAWTU);
  2. 2.The World Confederation of Labour (WCL),
  3. 3.International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC); and
  4. other appropriate organisations, eg. the ILO.
