CONSAWU shall seek to work collaboratively with other confederations/federations in order to strengthen the position of workers in this country in all matters on which there is agreement amongst them.
To this end it shall
- wherever appropriate, engage in joint strategies with other confederations in order to consolidate the voice of labour;
- encourage and promote a spirit of tolerance, mutual respect and co-existence with other confederations.
